Step 3: Scoop cookies onto a baking sheet. I used a tablespoon to scoop mine out so they’d all be pretty much the same size. Then, using a fork flatten the tops of the cookies.

Step 4: Place in oven for 8 minutes. Use a timer so you don’t forget them!

Step 5: Eat!!!!

Here’s what makes them so dope: Brown sugar! Generally, peanut butter cookies tend to be dry and I have made this recipe one million times, and they would be dry or just not creamy enough for my liking. When I added the brown sugar, it made these cookies insanely creamy! This recipe can be tweaked in so many ways: like adding M&M’s instead of chocolate chips, or peanut butter chips. If you’re not a fan of butter  or white sugar, go ahead and sub it out for something else! These cookies are great for a nighttime treat, cheat day snack or a special indulgence for any occasion: Birthday, Valentine’s Day (place a Hershey’s kiss in the middle, instead of chocolate chips!), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and a double batch on Sunday. When you make them, comment, and let me know how you tweaked the recipe, or how I totally just got you laid because when you pull these babies out of the oven…it’s on like donkey kong! Damn, I’m getting old. Enjoy!
