Pray, meditate, talk to loved ones, eat ice cream, scream into the abyss. Do whatever it takes to heal & allow yourself to feel joy again. Happy Juneteenth!! Cannot believe non-Black people are even posting about this! We have a long way to go, but this is a good first step. .

Now we need Breonna Taylor’s murderers behind bars. We need white people to not center themselves in every point we make about race. .

We need you to check your racist husbands/wives/parents/coworkers when they say something outta pocket. .

We need the pay gap to be closed. We need to be able to live free of anxiety when we see police. We need our history to be taught in schools beyond peanut butter & I Have a Dream speech. We deserve to be loved, respected & treated fairly.🖤

How is everyone doing? Really. How are y’all? I’d like to send love to @sunkissed.moonbruised & @anyneverywhere for the conversations, texts & friendship. .
